Cancellation Policy
At Raghav Gem, we value every order placed by our customers and work hard to ensure smooth processing. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellation. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms for both domestic (India) and international orders.
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number.
- Once the order is confirmed for cancellation, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
2. Cancellations After Shipping
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if they wish to return an item after delivery (subject to eligibility).
3. Customized & Personalized Orders
- Customized gemstones, engraved jewelry, or special orders are non-cancellable once confirmed, as they are created specifically for the customer.
- Advance payments made for customized items are non-refundable.
4. Domestic (India) Orders
- Cancellation requests within 24 hours will be processed without any deduction.
- If cancellation is requested after packaging but before dispatch, a small handling charge may apply.
5. International Orders
- International orders cannot be cancelled once processed due to customs documentation and export requirements.
- Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred due to attempted cancellations after dispatch will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Failed Transactions & Errors
- If your payment fails or an order is placed due to a technical error, and you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately. Refunds for such cases will be issued within 5–7 business days.
