• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post.
• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values.
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

3. International Shipping

• We ship to multiple countries worldwide using reputed international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Shipping charges for international orders will vary based on weight, destination, and courier service.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or SMS, Whatsapp.
• You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking link.

5. Delays & Liability

• While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processes, or unforeseen events such as strikes, weather conditions, or natural disasters.
• Raghav Gem shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay once the package has been handed over to the courier partner.
