Return & Refund Policy

At Raghav Gem, we take pride in offering high-quality Semi-precious Gemstones. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may arise, and this policy outlines our return and refund process for both domestic (India) and international customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a wrong item.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product differs significantly from the description provided on our Website.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the purity and authenticity of gemstones, the following products cannot be returned:

Customized or engraved gemstones/jewelry.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with after delivery.

3. Domestic Returns (Within India)

Customers must contact us via email or phone to initiate a return request.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with certificates, invoices, and accessories.
Once the return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partners (where available). In certain locations, customers may be required to ship the product back at their own cost.
After inspection, if the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.

4. International Returns

International customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping charges, customs duties, and any applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking for international returns.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders within India, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
In cases where partial refunds apply (such as missing certificates or packaging), appropriate deductions may be made.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Price differences (if any) must be settled before the exchange is processed.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please provide clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
